Accommodation

Villa Margarita is a single storey house with a spiral staircase to the roof terrace (an ideal spot for private sun-bathing). The garden contains mature olive, orange and fig trees and an 8m by 4m swimming pool with Roman steps (depth 1m to 2m).

Lounge/diner with kitchen area: this open plan living space has a bed settee, which opens out to provide two single beds. There is an extending dining table with chairs to seat up to 6 people. The kitchen area has a hob, microwave/grill, toaster and fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine in the caseta (outhouse). We have a TV/DVD with UK freesat digital channels and a CD player. An ironing board and iron are provided. We also provide a selection of board games and books.

The fully tiled bathroom has a corner shower, bath, washbasin, wc and bidet.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and bookshelves. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have twin beds, bedside table and a wardrobe.

Outside: to the front of the house is a large tiled table with benches, shaded by olive and fig trees. We have a built-in barbecue. The pool is at the rear of the house and is surrounded by paving. There is an attractive gravelled area with plants and terracotta pots. A selection of sunloungers, tables and chairs is provided. Due to the variety of trees in our garden, it is possible to find shade at almost any time of day.

A spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace, which is the perfect spot to watch sunrise or sunset.

Our local bar (Venta Florentina) is a few minutes by car or 15 minutes walk. They serve tapas and traditional Andalucian food at very reasonable prices. They are normally closed on Tuesdays.

Various supermarkets are 5 to 10 minutes drive away.
