Conditions of Rental

20% non-returnable deposit to be paid on booking. Remainder of rent to be paid no later than six weeks before departure.

It is the client's responsibility to take out adequate insurance to cover cancellation, illness, accident and personal possessions.

The owners of Villa Margarita do not accept responsibility for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property.

The owners do not accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused by any reason or for any claim made as a result of this booking or the subsequent holiday. The client is responsible for taking out an insurance policy to cover all risks. This waiver also covers people visiting the property as guests of the clients.

The owners do not accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused, or for any such claim by a third party as a consequence of actions by the clients.

Cleaning is before and after the letting period. Please leave the house as you found it.

All bed linen is provided.

Towels are provided for use inside the house. These towels are not to be used for the pool or the beach.

Please refrain from smoking inside the villa. You are welcome to smoke in the garden.

The client must replace any broken items.
